Nuclear Recent Graduate Development Program
Mentoring Program
We hire very senior, experienced engineers (mostly retirees who have worked in nuclear power for their entire careers) part-time. These senior engineers are hired solely and specifically to mentor and train our recent graduates.
Field Training
Will do site familiarization and tours of the plant for the new hires, to ensure they know where the important equipment is, how it works, and what the real-world configurations are.
Career Development
Selectees for the program will primarily work on site at a nuclear power plant. Some work may be completed in our Headquarters office, depending on the needs of the site and specific requirements of the job. each individual is getting the help and information they need to learn and develop their skills as engineers.
